Drilled shaft drill rig topples over and kills worker at site of future Toronto Transit subway station

A drilled shaft drill rig working at the site of a future York University subway station in Toronto, Canada toppled over and resulted in the death of a 24-year old man.  The victim was an employee of a drilling company, but not the one that owned the rig.  He was operating a front end loader at the time of the accident, and he was killed when the rig fell on and crushed the cab of his vehicle.
