A new blog post from GeoEngineers about website bios gives some great insights into the culture at that employee owned company. Their Director of Marketing and Communication, Chris Nordfors, noted the initial panic and concern at the prospect of having to get photos and bios for the roughly 300 person company. But according to him, this was something that had to be done to fit with their people-focused culture. It sounds like it’s not a requirement if you don’t want one, but what a powerful statement about valuing their employees.
