Scitation is the website that handles all of the ASCE journals and others. You can use this site to generate simple links to their journal articles. You just need the journal code, volume, and page number for the simplest links in the form http://link.aip.org/link/?//. A couple journal codes for your use (three letter code in parenthesis): Journal of Geotechnical Engineering (QGE), International Journal of Geomechanics (QGM), Geophysics (GPY), Natural Hazards Review (QNH) and Earthquake Spectra (EQS).
