Geofoam blocks cover the ground between Third and Fourth Avenue S. in Seattle's SODO neighborhood. WSDOT is using Geofoam as a fill material to support the reconstruction of Third Avenue S., and the Royal Brougham Way bridge and a new pedestrian plaza.
