Geotechnical consulting engineering firm Raba Kistner announced that it has been acquired by Construction Sciences, PTY, LTD based in Brisbane, Australia for an undisclosed amount. Raba Kistner has been in existence for 50 years and has operations in Texas, Utah, Nebraska, Arizona, New York, California and Mexico with some 500+ employees. The Raba Kistner name will remain, as will President Gary Raba, son of firm founders Karl and Bunny Raba.
