There is not much detail here, but the debris flow video of a truck getting swept off the road is pretty amazing to watch. The video notes that it occurred sometime this month in the Sainj Valley, which is at the very north end of India.

Winter Rains on Burn Areas Could Spawn New Danger
A debris flow and flash flood warning system developed jointly by NOAA’s National Weather Service and the U.S. Geological Survey will help protect Southern Californians from potentially devastating debris flows-commonly known as mud slides- and flash floods in and around burn areas created by the recent wildfires.
There was a major flash flood and debris flow event in the Swiss Town of Chamoson and the video is unreal. The videos below are pretty crazy!
