The Geo-Institute of ASCE is currently hosting the Geo-Frontiers 2011 conference in Dallas, Texas. I was scheduled to attend, but had to cancel the trip at the last minute. But I’ll still do my best to cover this important event in the geotechnical and geoconstruction industries. Last night was the H. Bolton Seed Lecture, the Acadademy of Geo-Professional Reception & Ceremony and the Organizational Member Event / Student Reception. [Editor] Last week was the International Foundation Congress and Equipment Exposition in Orlando, Florida. The event was co-sponsored by the Geo-Institute, ADSC and PDCA.
