According to NCE, Keller has announced that it has acquired Canada-based geotechnical contractor Geo-Foundation Contractors in a deal valued at £5.7M (US$9.1M). The brief article notes that Geo-Foundation Contractors specializes in micro-piling, ground anchors, and specialty grouting services. On GFC’s website, they also list rock anchors, soil-nailing, hot bitumen grouting, jet grouting and wind turbine foundations. They have an impressive project portfolio, and appear to be active members in DFI and the International Society for Micropiles based on a small collection of papers available for download. The Ontario-based company was founded in 2001.
