Isherwood is a consulting firm specializing in geostructural engineering. The firm has pioneered the development and improvement of techniques on numerous innovative projects with a high degree of monitoring control. It has been responsible for excavation shoring, underpinning and foundations for many prominent Toronto structures, including the CN Tower, Skydome Stadium, Royal Ontario Museum, the new Toronto Opera House, Ontario Science Centre, Pearson Airport and the Toronto Subway. Similar work has been undertaken in other Ontario cities, Alberta, British Columbia, as well as in the United States of America, Mexico and the Caribbean.
