ADAMA Software has released update 11 for their Mechanically Stabilized Earth retaining wall design software, MSEW 3.0 as of October 23, 2010. It appears that the changes mainly involve adding the updated AASHTO LRFD seismic analysis for MSE Walls. See the download link below.
The embankment and footing settlement program FoSSA 2.0 was also updated recently, however the changes do not appear to be major, more of bug fixes.

The American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) just released the 2008 interims for the AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications, Customary U.S. Units, 4th Edition. These specifications govern the design of foundations for federal and state highway projects. As soon as we find out if there are any significant changes with respect to bridge foundations or retaining walls, we’ll let you know.
