ATLANTA-August 22, 2012- Tensar Corporation’s Geopier Foundation Company subsidiary (“Geopier”), a leader in ground improvement solutions, today announced its acquisition of Slope Reinforcement Technology, LLC (“SRT”).
The acquisition allows Geopier to offer slope stabilization solutions while boosting SRT’s market reach. Geopier has historically focused on providing vertical ground reinforcement in support of foundations and their structures.
